Burt Stoecklin: That's why you need to write down all account information in a notebook for future reference. I always keep the accounts, the email used, the user name, password, and any security question(s) and answer(s), written in the notebook and I keep it in a safe place in case I need to look up information not used for awhile. You'll probably need to make a new account and start over.
