Cyndy Grimes: IF you are staying at a Disney resort all transportation is free. You must be 25 for most rental places. Some will allow younger but will charge a feeBetween the parks- you can take a Disney bus. but they do not go from one park to another park. You must take the bus to the Transportation and Ticket Center, then take another bus to a different park. All buses are clearly marked as to where they are going....Show more
